The DOD64 FTIR Gas Detector (DTGS) offers a unique solution to today’s environmental monitoring needs. This system is able to monitor and specify virtually any gas, chemical, or odor in an industrial process. It accomplishes this through analyzation of the gas infrared spectra. This system is integrated with state-of-the-art controls and HMI systems. The sequential monitor can be customized to monitor between 16 and 64 points. The design was derived through an innovative, customer-driven engineering approach geared to simplify operation.

The DOD64 FTIR (DTGS) stores the infrared spectra from area scans. These spectra provide a "fingerprint" of the air samples. With this print, virtually any gas can be detected and specified. Organics, PFC, CFC, HFC, NF3, and a wide variety of other inorganic gases can be monitored.

This version uses a Deuterated Triglycine Sulfate (DTGS) analyzer. DTGS is very room-temperature sensitive for mid-infrared range measurements. It typically analyzes PPM or higher PPB concentrations, depending on the application.
